Penalties:
Don't drink and drive, it's that simple. It is against the
law in Utah to drive a motor vehicle when your blood alcohol
content is .08 percent or more. If you are caught the penalties
are (1) Automatic confiscation of driver's license (2) Car
impounded (3) Criminal charges levied, arrested, incarcerated
(4) Driver's license revoked. If under 21, it will not be
reinstated until 21st birthday.
So,

cost, attorney's fees and a ruining of your vacation. Please,
assign a designated driver, hire a cab or drink at your hotel
