Natural Bridges National Monument is not in Moab but close enough for a day trip especially if you are visiting Anasazi ruins in the 4 Corners area south of Moab. Plan on spending 2 to 3 hours in the park visiting the 3 Natural Stone Bridges named Sipapu, Kachina and Owachomo plus some fine prehistoric buildings like Horsecollar Ruin. Be sure to stop by the visitor center upon your arrival and if you want to see the sites up close there is an 8.6 mile loop that takes you into White Canyon and visits all 3 bridges plus some ruins. Of course, you can also take the auto tour route and hit several overlooks that allow you to see the natural bridges.

Park Open: All year round. Visitor center open 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Cost: $3 per individual for 7 days or $6 per vehicle.

Camping: 13 sites are available on a first come first served basis. No reservations. Max vehicle length is 21 feet. Sites have fire grates.

How to get here:
Natural Bridges National Monument is located about 45 minutes west of Blanding Utah on Hwy 275. Driving time from Moab is about 2 hours and 15 minutes depending on weather and traffic.

Directions:

Drive south out of Moab on US-191 for 75 miles to the town of Blanding. Go south out of Blanding on US-191 till you hit Hwy 95 and turn west. Drive about 35 minutes till you hit Hwy 75 and turn North / West on Hwy 275 following a sign for Natural Bridges.
